Guys.
The finish mower is the only reason this wasnt an issue last year. I just wanted to see if it would work and hold together. I have got 50 hrs on it since assembly.. and my biggest squawk is the rear 3 point.
This is technically a 3400 I had a loader with it and sold it off but its a 4speed trans.. no auxiliary take offs.
I rebuilt the piston and top cover with new orings, when I put air pressure into the system from the top of the cover the arms go up, and hold until I release the control lever or dump the air. This makes me think I have a good piston.
It will not pick itself up more than 4 to 5 inches with nothing attached to it and the motor revved up. I picked up a rebuilt pump .....mine mounts on the back of the engine over the transmission...... I have primed it checked for flow at every access point along the system flow control valve aux port plate
I am a newbie to these tractors for sure but not an idiot if I could get some insight from someone who has been there, or some better test procedures I am sure I can sort it.
Thanks for your time
