19-105 (703) loader help

I recently rebuilt this loader. Its the 19-105 loader with the heavy duty cylinder. All went well except I noticed the cylinder cap had a cracks where the snap ring retain the packing gland. I made a collar to support the area with the cracks but the pieces broke off when I put the snap ring back in. I reassemble put the support I made on and the pieces in just to see if it would work buy it leaks so my questions are: anybody got any ideas? anybody know where I might fine one reasonable. I have looked around but have been unable to find one in a bone yard around here. I'm in the St. Louis area. my next thought was maybe drilling and tapping the cylinder cap and some recess in the gland and install some set screws. Think that would hold? If anybody's got an idea I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

That doesn't look repairable to me. Even if you could, now you got potential accident issues in the future if it fails. Myself, I'd visit a reputable hydraulic shop. The one in my neighborhood can build pretty much anything I want from scratch. It won't be cheap, but it will hold up.

Is this for the tilt cylinder? Can you post a picture of the entire piece you need? I've several of the cylinders lying around and may have the piece you need.
