While trying to crank over the 4500 yesterday I foolish kept trying as the battery weakened.
It has a starter button and what looks like the original starter.
At some point was converted the 12v Alternator/Battery.
I hear a distinctive "electrical TINK" and then starter was DOA.
As It was getting dark and bitter out I didn't try to stick starter with a screw driver as I really didn't know where exactly to stick it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated as the current Nor'Easter is dumping freezing rain down for hours now. Tomorrow maybe sheet of ice.
The 4500's Ice chains are so very good at breaking that up.
Tks
