Hey guys, new to the forum and wanted to see if anyone has seen this issue before. I have no hydraulics on the 3 point hitch. I recently put all new o rings in the three point assembly and made sure it was all clean. It has no rust and is in good shape. I put a hydraulic psi gauge on the test point under the seat on the three point cover and it reads 0 pounds at idle. It seems to jump up a pound when you rev up the engine. I took the rotary piston pump apart and inspected it and it looks like it has no wear. I put a rebuild kit in it anyways. I reassembled it and took the plug off the front top of it and it started pumping oil out when I started cranking it over so it seems to have a prime. I am just wondering what else could be causing no pressure.

Thanks for any tips.

Unloader valve stuck open. Pressure relief valve bad. Pressure line ruptured in transmission. If it has a remote, remote on demand.

Thanks. It instantly maxed out my 3000psi gauge when I plugged the
feed line at the top plate. So I know I?m good up to that point.

Well, it WAS my unloader valve but who knows what now. I cleaned it
and reassembled it and everything worked perfect. Went to go use
her three hours later and nothing. Nothing at all. Still getting fluid from
the pump but it?s like I never worked on the thing.

I did not. It looked brand new with no tears or flat spots. I oiled it and
put it back together. It worked perfect and then I shut the tractor off.
Came back three hours later and nothing. It?s almost as if it got stuck
again but it moved perfectly freely.

The oft problematic unloader valve is very particular about O-rings that will work.

Your call but I would replace the used O-ring as RRR suggested and make sure the valve and hydraulic system are clean.
