Check partspring.com. Messicks shows 3-5 or 5-7 business days availability on almost everything that they don't actually have in stock when a large number of those parts are not actually available. Or at least call Messicks before placing an order on line with them.

The parking brake assembly is multiple individual parts and I don't think that they are all available as a single kit or part number, and some of them may be available while others might not.
 
Here's a link to the parts diagram for the brakes for your tractor, including the parking brake parts. The entire parking brake setup is the parts labeled 39 through 45 in the drawing. Use the part descriptions and listing on the right side of the page to lookup the actual part numbers for the parts that you need. If they are still available then you should be able to get them from any New Holland dealer. If the parts you need are no longer available new from New Holland then you can search for the part number on tractor-part.com to see if any salvage yards might have them.

just occurred to me that there is the english version with the arm, and the american version with the tee handle. So which one??
