The block Ford lettering looks very familiar.
I sold a set of front weights with that type of lettering. They fit your typical 16" rims.
I had put them on YT photo ads and a guy from VA or NC bought them. They went in 4 USPS flat rate boxes.

Yes, I got the chance to weigh the weight and a half weighs 31 pounds so the two half?s together wound be 62 pounds per wheel.

Every application I can think of shows 43 pounds each in the parts catalog.
