Ford 901 powermaster carb issues

Hey guys, I have a Ford 901 powermaster. I need to find a good carb guy. One that'll soak it and completely rebuild it. I replaced the float and needle valve. It worked fine for a little bit. Then removed it and took it to a ford older man that specializing in 8n ETC. All he did was the same thing and it ran fine for awhile, but ended up the same result as now you can see fuel around the housing. I bought a new one from here and the manifold holes were just barely off. they wanted to sell me a manifold, but as you know the studs would probably break off and then I'm dealing with another headache. I need my Marvel to be dipped, all new springs and gaskets. I real rebuild. Anyone know a trust worthy shop to send it too?

I am not so sure it is a guy issue or a needle and seat issue.

I have been working on carburetors for 45 years and find some difficult.

I never had this issue until the last few years, do not know if they are making them out of something else.

I do complete rebuilds, involving what you describe and then some.
Including testing and adjusting on my own tractor.
My email should be open if you'd like more information.
