I need to remove my steering cylinders in order to put my new bolster and axle on. I’m thinking to remove the lines at the cylinders and cap them off, leave the lines connected to the gear. Are the lines flare fittings like brake lines? I’m guessing they’re SAE thread, not metric even though it’s a Belgium built tractor. Just trying to minimize fluid loss.
