1 have a ford 7600 with a loader w/power beyond valve installed. my hydraulic pressure to loader and rear remote is bypassing. both locations will build pressure to almost 2500 initally and then drop and build up less than 2500 and drop contionsuly. any one have this issue

(quoted from post at 13:51:54 11/17/18) power beyond block?

I thought these were CCLS?

I thought that the CCLS hydraulics didn't come out until the xx10 series or maybe the xx30 series?

its a block that is installed between rear hydraulic valve and top plate to supply fluid to the front end loader

both pumps??? do you have two pumps running the hydraulics?

if so you have the ccl system. If your talking about the power steering pump and the rear hydraulic pump, then disregard.

If you have the single side mounted pump, one of your check valves is sticking open and dragging badly before it closes...

Normally I see the pressure climb to 23/2500 and then the needle on the gauge vibrates between 2100 and 2300 plus or minus... the internal valve in the pump will move very fast creating the vibrating gauge. So either that safety valve is sticking or the one in the remote hydraulic control valve is sticking..( assuming you have the external remote control valve on the tractor).. If you have a ccs then it more complex but as others said, it came later than a x600 tractor..
