Ford 3400 tractor head bolts

Neighbor twisted one of the head bolts off on his Ford 3400 Diesel tractor (possibly an industrial), 3cyl engine. Where can we obtain replacements?

The 3400 was the Utility model in the 3000 series lineup. The 3500 and its replacement, the 3550, were the industrial models. Most folks call the 3400 an industrial model too, but technically it is not, even though it was almost always sold with a loader, and at least half of them had backhoes when sold new as well.
