alternator doesnt have a wire going from its terminal (B+) to the batterys positive post. so, battery not being charged at all. will a jumper wire help to solve the issue ??

Bern has it right on the brown wires.

Are you sure it is not charging? Check battery voltage, then start engine and check again. You should see about 12.65 on first check and around 14 with engine running.

If not charging is the charge lamp on with switch on? With engine off and switch on do you have near 12 volts at small wire with 2 brown wires in the plug? This is the exciter wire from switch through lamp that starts alternator to charge when engine starts.

Other wire near edge of alternator is from battery temp sensor. You need near 12 volts on this wire to make alternator charge. If missing check back through battery sensor.

alternator is not charging. i checked with meter and amp probe. nothing. thanks about the comment on brown wires. what happens if i use a jumper wire from alternator bat+ to battery positive ??

Unless the circuit in the two brown wires is currently open, adding another wire to the B+ terminal will do nothing. Check
your battery temp sensor in the battery tray - it is the most likely problem. Either that, or the brushes are worn or
sticking. Very easy to check on that unit.

Every Ford tractor I have ever owned ended up with a GM 10si alternator. Cheap, easy to find, and tough what's not to like.

There's a pair of wires near the back of the battery tray that go to the battery temp sensor, unplug them and connect a jumper wire in the plug, start the engine and see if it charges, if it does replace the sensor in the bottom of the tray.
If it doesn't charge the regulator in the alternator is probably bad and the alternator would need rebuilt or replaced.

No, but you did say that every Ford tractor you ever owned got a 10SI installed. Then you asked, what could be wrong with that? Assuming most of those were generator replacements, I said "No tach drive".
