Front tires for 3000 with 730 FEL?

I’m in the process of putting the 3400 front axle I got from Ultradog on my 3000, then the 730 FEL I found. I’m going to need some front tires before I’m done and was wanting your advice on what to go with. I’m planning to foam-fill them. I have a buddy that may have some wider wheels. I’ve seen several with automotive tires. We’ll be using it to bush hog and some light grading. No tillage. I do have some decent hillsides.

I think you are going to be up against the
common issue of wider tires rubbing the
spindles. At least with your original rims.
The solution is going to be either dishing
your rims out or looking for rims with a
different offset.
When I originally bought that tractor it
had truck tires on it with the rims dished
out.

I put 7.5' on my 3400, they are close but do not rub the spindles even with a good load in the bucket. The rims came from Tractor Supply and the tires came from local tire dealer.

due to the weight, loader tractors tend to sink in the front end and get stuck.. therefore the wider tires do much better, and used 7:50 16 tires will work without flipping the rim. You probably dont care about the tread being worn so used tires are great. Next the 235 /16 used tires are wider and require a rim split in most cases, but give better floatation in soft soils, so again used are perfect as tread does not matter. 245 tires and your really wide but have to flip the rims for sure. Most of us with loaders have to chose between an ag tire with ribs and good turning or a truck tire that is wide and floats better... and after continuously sinking,,, the truck tires usually win.

Getting a set of the wider rims that 7.50-16's use will help, the extra width is dished to the outside.
85 series truck tires like the 215/85R16 are narrower than the 75 or 70 series, less chance of them rubbing but I'd still want them on the wider rim.

For occasional loader use I'd still get a set of 3 or 4 rib front tractor tires.
A wider thread truck tire won't sink as bad but them will easily slide in wet grass and mud.
