I am going to do a compression check on a 3000 ford tractor.(3 Cylinder Diesel) How much psi should I see on each cylinder to consider it good and how much difference between cylinders is acceptable. Thanks

kycase1,
On Oct 15, 2018 Bern posted an excellent discussion on this subject. I suggest you look back and find it.

Compression numbers for IanC and any other interested par... - Bern 16:00:18 10/15/18 (12)

I want to send a message to Bern on just how valuable his knowledge is and how lucky we are to have him in our on-line community.
Thank you Bern!

It does depend on whether it was built before or after 7/20/68 though not a lot.
From I&T FO-31 manual:
Early = 420-510, Late = 420-500
50 psi max variation between cylinders.
