2000 throttle linkage bell crank

So, I just got my IT tractor manual in the mail today... I need to adjust/repair my throttle linkage and I noticed in the exploded diagrams that my linkage is different and not in a good way. So in the diagrams the throttle rod goes to a bell crank and then another rod & spring goes to the governor arm. My tractor does not have a bell crank and the throttle rod attached directly to the spring and the spring is attached to the rod going to the governor arm. My tractor runs and operates just fine, but I'm sure I need this bell crank assembly. Where would I find one? I'm not even sure where this bell crank mounts!

It sounds like a 3 cylinder.
This won't make you happy but...
There are two different governors on those
engines - early 2 arm and later one arm
type. They use a completely different setup
- different bell cranks, the rod from the
throttle handle to the bell crank are
different lengths, I don't remember what
all.
On both types the bell crank bolts to the
underside of the intake manifold by #3 cyl.
If I were missing as much as you say you
are I would FIRST determine which governor
you have then go to a boneyard and buy the
whole shebang. (Not the gov of course) I
suggest that because a boneyard probably
won't know all the differences and if you
buy it piecemeal you'll have a long,
frustrating ordeal - wrong parts, missing
clips, etc.
When the linkages finally get to the carb
both types operate the same. Or in other
words the carb is the same on both types.
The setup is the same on all 3 cyl gassers
so the setup from a 3000, 4000, 4400,
3400,3500, etc, etc will be the same as
long as you start with the right governor
type.

I have a 3 cylinder, late model style governor linkage set up. From the looks of everything, all I need is the bell crank and whatever it pivots on. I wish we had a junkyard that had tractors somewhere nearby, I would definitely go pick up the whole shebang.

Well, I havent had any luck finding one of these bell cranks. I found a tractor salvage yard a couple hours away, however I cant make it there for quite awhile. If anyone knows where I can buy one at a reasonable price or if someone has the whole assembly including the pivot that wants to sell it please let me know. I see where it mounts on the intake mounting flange, I was wondering what that round machined area with the large hole was for!
