Before I pull the top cover I wanted to ask everyone a few question about this tractor. Can putting a clutch in a ford 3000 mess with the hydraulic lifting? I can put shop air into the fill port and the arms will start to raise. Once up you can use the 3pt for the time being. Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.

If you split the the tractor to replace the
clutch so you had to mess with the
hydraulic lines.
Probably has air in the lines.
