Ford NAA COLD Rocker Arm Clearance

Anyone out there know what a good "cold" clearance is for the NAA rocker arm adjustment? The operator's manual says 0.014-0.0016" on a hot engine, would rather set it cold, as I now have the gas tank off, much easier access! Years ago, most manufacturers would list both hot and cold data. You can get the engine hot, but it's obviously cooling down as you are removing stuff to get to the valve gear.
I'm in the middle of a minor "tear-down" on my NAA, a working tractor. My son and I have been using it to clear a 5 acre pasture field that had been unused and overgrown for 40+ years, grubbing out trees and bushhogging shoulder-high weeds and briars. She stated overheating, saw that the radiator was plugged with weed debris, honeybees, and stinkbugs.(Wish I had a reverse-flow fan!) Removed the hood, took radiator out to blast it clean with the garden hose nozzle, and poke out any debris still left. Decided to install new exhaust pipe, old one had large rust hole at the top bend near radiator. That led me to discover that the exhaust manifold gasket was blown on #4 cylinder. As we used to say at work, "It's always something!" But then I remember she's 64 years old, deserves some TLC.
My dad bought a new Jubilee when I was a kid, later got me a used 9N with plow when I hit my 9th birthday so we could get the Spring plowing done twice as fast. Reckon I was the proudest kind in the county at that time!
