4500 tlb trans problem

hi. I have a 4500 backhoe with the torque converter drive that wont move. it did last year but wont now. the oil was real milky. so I flushed it out with diesel fuel. it would would would try to work with it in there but the fuel would get all foam. so I drained that and put new oil in but it wont move and I have nothing going to the trans spin on filter. I was thinking that the suction screen is pluged? can you get to it to clean it? or anything else I could try. thanks for any help.

Guessing blocker valve is letting shifter move? To clean screen is a split job and pull front out of trans.

I'm guessing your converter flex plate is broken. Take a peek through the bottom cover plate on the trans to confirm.

A manual and diagnosis is way cheaper than parts and labor. The correct manual from this site is: 4500 Ind 3-Cyl Tractor - ONLY covers the Tractor Service Manual 1694 Pages (Part No: FO-S- 3400 ETC). But as below the most likely suspects are going to require a split. Our techs used to run the loader up, block up the arms and roll the front half away from the back, but that was in a 20ft ceiling shop with splitting stands not in the gravel next to the shop. If it is in the converter/front pump area try Joseph Industries in Cleveland, good and very knowledgeable people, I've dealt with them for over 20 years.
