Ford 4400 throw out/clutch release bearing

Any one know where to get a throw out bearing for a Ford 4400 8 speed independent pto? 2.562 id 4.750 od and 1.375 wide. It is a late production model as it has pto input shaft with straight teeth alike 4600. Anyone know the part number?

If it has the grease-able bearing like my 4500 put it back in and keep it greased, they hardly ever wear out and are very pricy.
If it is worn out I'd change the hub and convert it to a standard ag setup.
