Loader leaking down - cylinders or valve

Have a ford 4410 with I believe a 735 loader

Been loading brush onto a burn pile. Stopped the tractor for an hour, got back on, tried lifting a pile of brush and the weight sent the forks down - wouldn't stay up.

Backed out and long story short forks won't stay horizontal with or without a load as tractor is running.

Have cycled the tilt numerous times still falls when I stop moving lever.

Also usually when I turn off the tractor I hit both control levers to relieve pressure lift on cylinders. When I turn it off now my tilt lever makes no noise from fluid movement but seems to work fine when tractor is running.

Would both tilt cylinders go bad at the same time?

New hoses on left side of loader- cracked old ones on other side. One cracked hose started spraying when trying to cycle tilt to diagnose.

Everything has been working Great until today .

Thoughts? Thinking of just replacing the cylinders but dont want to start throwing guess money at it

Yes one cyl leaking internal will not let either work. Why not repair what is on it. Will/make fit cyl may not work like orginals. Its not that expensive to reseal cyls. I do this every day where I work. We can make new cyl if needed.

The chrome on each is great so I guess I should just rebuild them. Anything I should look for that would mean I shouldn't rebuild them?
