1841-D parts tractor

There's a 1841-D parts tractor not too far from me. Owner has it priced too high for what it is, but gave me a better price after I made an offer on just the pallet forks. Still not convinced it's worth the time and effort at the new price, but thinking about it. For starters, will a 712 loader fit anything other than the 1801 or 4000HD (without help from a torch and welder)? If it would, this might be worth going after. Looks to have heavy pie weights (which would be expected on a loader tractor), but I'm not sure if they are 24" or 28" wheels. Also looks like it has an auxiliary transmission, which I'd guess is a reverser. Not the right shifter for a combo, anyway. Has the top cover for a 3-point, but no lift links or lower arms.

Loader won't fit anything else that I'm aware of. Can say if it will fit the square nose models. Pie weights should on 24" wheel. This video might help you ID the sherman handle.

Thanks for the video. Guess it has a combo then. Makes sense that it needs a different shifter to clear the steering arm.

I'm pretty sure the loader off an 18xx or 4000 hd wont fit anything else as it all bolts onto the heavy side frame which also carries the cast iron nose.
But,
A few years ago Kenny parted out an 1811 with loader. At the time he also was working on a 4400 with loader.
The 4400 lift arms were busted up and welded in the usual places.
So we got to looking at the 1811 lift arms which were right next to the 4400 lift arms. Then we got to measuring things and determined that one set of lift arms was a direct swap onto the other frame.
We were going to swap them over as they were VGC but then I found that 545 and we did massive horse trading over the 4400/545. I ended up with the 4400 loader and both sets of lift arms. I sold the whole thing to a fellow who put it on a 3 cyl 4000. I still have the lift cylinders and lines from the 1811. Dunno if they are mine or Kenny's tho but they are for sale if anybody needed a pair.
