Ok anyone know what could be happening with my quadrant. My 9600 was used at a golf course to run a pto pump and do irrigation. It sat outside for years and the 3pth was not used. Now the handle is seized in the down position. Anybody have ideas on what is wrong here?

Bern likely hit the nail on the head in his reply to your last post. His response only appears in Classic View, even though Modern View acknowledges that he made one.

I think this is the first time that I've ever noticed that a post of mine made in classic view does not show up in modern. Is this a first for you Larry, or have you noticed this before?

I've noticed it before. I've had to go to Classic View several times recently to view something that I knew was posted but didn't show up in Modern View

Maybe to late, but remove cowling heat the pivot for handles was not uncommon even the tractors were less than 5 years old. When I say to late you may have fixed now.
