Ford 345D brake disc thickness info?

Hey guys, I have a 345D that I'm re-doing the brakes and I have the service manual but don't see any minimum thickness specifications for the discs or the expanding plates. It just says inspect and replace as necessary. Does everybody just replace the discs no matter what?

Mine do have some material missing from the very outer edges so I am going to put new pads in but was wondering about the steels that sandwich the discs, shouldn't there be a minimum thickness requirement on those parts?

Thanks for any leads or pointers.

If the separator plates have grooves that you can catch a fingernail in or they show any warpage when checked with a straightedge they are
trash.

If the steel plates were worn at all, you'd know it as soon as you ran your hands over them. Simply compare the thickness of the surface area that the friction discs ride on versus the thickness that is not touched by the friction discs. 9 times out of 10 they'll be the same.

Mine are about the same between the two areas and no grooves to speak of. I think they might have been replaced at an earlier re-fresh, this thing has 45,000 hours on it.

These brake parts from a 4000 look rusty
and crusty but they are essentially New -
zero houred parts.
I dont know the right names for them.
From left to right they measure
1.485", .103" and .191"
