Help with 1965 Ford 4000 3 cyl. diesel

Seeking advice as I begin restoration of on this tractor.
1- What is the best service manual that includes an engine rebuild?
2- What are the best sources of sheet metal parts I don't see listed on Yesterday's Tractors or others sites, such as the cover under the fuel tank that hides the steering column. Many thanks, Jim
 
I have the original Ford manual that is
about 3" thick but hardly ever use it.
All I ever use is the I&T FO-31 manual.
Where are you located. I have a couple of
those fuel tank cowels here.
