The return line from the injectors back to the pump (not the steel line directly to the injector) is split and leaking. Can someone advise what diameter/material I need to order to replace this?

Guess I haven't been paying enough attention to your posts to know which 4000 you have, early 4 cylinder or later 3 cylinder model?

I went down to the local diesel shop and bought a couple feet of the line from him. Mine had Oetiker clamps (crimp type) and I replaced them with
1/4" spring clamps I got from NAPA. NAPA didn't have the cloth-covered line, that's why I went to the diesel repair shop.
