how do you remove the hoses from the remote? i don't see a sleeve to release...

also, how do you place the (remote) hydraulics into float mode when a loader is attached.

Just try pulling on the hose. The mount that holds the female quick couple fittings fits around a double acting sleeve on the coupler. The mount holds the sleeve and allows the body of the coupler to move in and out for connecting and disconnecting.
