Loaned my 4600 diesel to a neighbor. It has always started right up. He couldn't get it started this mourning. The only thing out of the usual was that he parked it on a steep uphill incline. Rolled it back to more level area but still won't start. There is plenty of fuel in the tank and fuel runs out if I loosen the bolt on the fuel pump. I'm not that familiar with diesels. What steps do I take to diagnose the problem? Also, can It be pull started? (that might be a problem anyway since it has a loader on it)
