looking for front axle support for 821-D

I have an 821-D loader/backhoe s/n 64797 with a cracked and bent front axle support. I am hoping someone may have one that they could part with. I am in SW Missouri, but will travel for the right part.

Front axle supports (bolsters) for such tractors are not difficult to find in salvage yards but most are badly worn and need repair.

I have a support that has been rebuilt with new front and rear axle pin plates (and pin) that I have been keeping as a spare but will likely never use. I would sell it but it is not cheap.

You might want to contact Pete Pieffer for new repair plates and repair a used one from a salvage yard if you cannot find a serviceable one.

The one I have has a corner broken off ,several cracks in it, spread open, along with the pin plates being worn oblong. Point is, I doubt if it could be made serviceable.

Does yours have the threads as I need a pump shaft to run through the pin?

I doubt that you will be willing to pay what I would have to have for my rebuilt support.

Look for a serviceable one in a salvage yard. If you cannot find a decent one, find one that needs only the axle pin plates replaced and replace the plates with new ones from Pete Pieffer.
