Hi, Converting from 6V. to 12V,on my tractor. Does the solenoid know the deference between the 6V. and 12V. Thanks Jim in N.M.

Sean is correct. I have half a dozen or so converted to 12V using the 6V solenoid. Never had any trouble with them.

Nope. Should be able to continue using your old solenoid with 12 volts.
