we have a 5600 ford have had trouble with power steering leaking out the top took it apart mechanic showed us how to fix it once used a repair kit with a speedy sleeve, installed that and put new sleeve over it, first time did not work second time worked better, however he noticed a Teflon seal also said must be a different type well looked a all states tractor for a replacement their replacement looks different probably a more common type, anybody familiar with that steering set up, would surely replace with one of their rebuilds if a person knew it would bolt on where the speedy sleeve went on that shaft is kind of worn any help is appreciated,

Power steering pump on a 5600 (utility) or 5700 (row crop) should both be the one with the integrated reservoir that is driven off of a gear at the front of the engine on the left side.

So then it has the pump on the left run off the Fan belt?

It sounds like yours is the high platform model, so it probably has the steering motor/valve under the steering wheel. Those have very close tolerances, but if a speedi sleeve fixed it before perhaps it could again. Speedi sleeves are very thin and under dusty conditions it could have worn through.
