rear end swap advice

I've really gotten a lot of great information by reading this forum. I'm hoping for a little more. I have a 65 (maybe 75) 4400. There is no 3 point and there is a leaky axle seal. It has the 4sp hi/low trans and an independent PTO.

Looking at craigslist I saw this:

Would a 5000 rear end mate up easily? Or would I be best just to accept it for what it is?

5000 rear end will not bolt up to your transmission. It would be
possible to do the swap if everything from the flywheel back
from the 5000 was used.

Killerb,
I have a 4000 rear end, no hyd top. Just the axle. Low hour. I was going to use it for my 4000 4x4, but not the same.

Contact me, it is taking up space in my shop. I will part with it reasonably.
