I have a 1959 841 4 SPD when you press the clutch down the engine bogs down a little when you let of it comes back up with in neutral so much so that there is a significant Chang in rpms never noticed this tractor doing this before and i just relized that i havent seen if it does this hot or cold what do you guys thank thanks

Throw out bearing sounds like it is going bad and if so will if not fixed soon take out the pressure plate also if it has not already damaged it

Check your crankshaft end play. If the thrust bearings are worn enough so the crank is moving back and forth it will be moving the governor as well which will move the linkage changing the engine RPMs.
