Ford 800 power steering pump

I have a ford 800 57/58. Have had to replace the power steering pump. Ordered the one that this website suggested (only one offered for Ford 800). When received it isnt the same as was on my tractor. I pulled my shop manual and saw that the 58 model changed from the traditional to a newer style. #1. anyone know where i can get the right one? #2. Does the old style work just fine? Any suggestions?

Need to know if you have the early style pump with integral reservoir or the later style with the reservoir mounted on the top of the pump.

I replaced mine with one from a chevy pickup and saveed about $300 thanks to Roland Jackson.
