ford 7710 rear weight

Im needing rear weight on my 7710. Cant find any
advertised, and am having a hard time finding
pictures of any. Was wondering what style they are,
and if they are the same as some of the larger ford
tractors like the tw20 or 9700..I really dont want
to add fluid, but I could if I have to.

There are a -bunch- of different rear wheel weights for Fords... which ones you need depend on the size (diameter) of your wheels, if they are cast or stamped steel centers, and power adjust or manual adjust. Break out the tape measure and see what the spacing is on your bolt holes. There are usually some available on craigslist or ebay...but location is everything when it comes to buying weights. I don't think the big weights from the 6-cylinder models will fit a 7710.

Most of them have stamped center wheels... Given that fact they need the disc style weights that bolt to the centers. I think you can add 6-800# to each wheel IIRC. Probably still buy them new if you want to pay the price...

There should be holes on your centers for the bolts to go through, you need to know the pattern and spacing.

My rims are 38" and have 3 holes spaced 19" apart. The centers on my 6610 were swapped out for 38" wheels off a 5000, that confused me for a while.
