It looks like quite a bit for the money, although you can't add anything for the paint. Does anyone know what the little plate under the steering wheel is?

Maybe the plate is part of the steering wheel/column?

I believe that steering wheel is a "Kosch". Aftermarket, with reduction gears in the hub for easier steering.

Anyone notice the two handles on the left side of the seat?
One looks like it might be a live PTO conversion.
What would the second one be? Diff-lock?
