Can anyone help me with the correct leveling box for my 3000. I see about 3 different length options. Some are 27 to 32ish...i dont believe thats for mine, seems more like 21 to 25 or so inches. I dont have a part number and mine has been welded amd rigged so I dont even know if I can trust it to take a measurement from....thanks

Which exact part are you looking for? According to the New Holland parts web site, the leveling box assembly is the entire assembly that connects the upper lift arm to the lower lift am, and for the 3000 general purpose ag chassis model, they list a couple of different lengths, but they are 55 inches and 62 inches, not anywhere near as short as the 21 to 32 inches that you're talking about.

I just measured mine.
With about 3/4" of thread showing on the rod it measures 24" from the center of the lower pin to the center of the upper pin.

(quoted from post at 01:28:17 02/28/12) to Sean in PA ever seen a tractor ?

Ronnie - I haven't seen a 3000 in person, but I have owned a '73 4000 for several years now.

Sorry, I didn't have my reading glasses on when I was looking it up on the New Holland parts web site. I just looked again and I must have missed the leading periods, the 2 different sizes are .62 and .55 inches, so now I see that that isn't the length, but the size of the slot in the fork.

smokedoff - The one that they sell here on this site seems to be in the size range that you're looking for, the listing says that it adjusts from 20.25" to 25.25".Click Here
