New to the site. I am in the market for a tractor with 3 point and pto. My
friends cousin has a 62 - 65? 4000 HD Ind. with factory hoe and front factory counter weight he is going to scrap. Can the hoe be removed and add the 3 point and pto? It runs and drives, all gears work fine, diesel that smokes at start up then clears up, needs brakes but all metal is straight with very minor surface rust. Has been barn kept its entire life. I can get this tractor for $500.00. Would it be worth my time?
