4630 exhaust manifold

I've got a '92 Ford 4630 that has an underneath horizontal exhaust. I'm wanting to change it back to a vertical exhaust. Is it a different manifold or can the manifold simply be turned over? It looks like the hole in the hood would match.

It's a different manifold. If you want to go with vertical exhaust on a 30 series you need the vertical manifold AND the short bent pipe riser that takes flow from the rear of the manifold to the hole in the hood.
IIRC, it's not all that expensive...
