on my rotary pump machine all I have done is turned fuel on and crack various lines and what not till I had fuel running out at the injector pump, then I loosened each line at the top of the pump and cranked over till I had fuel bubbling there, then while the starter rested I'd tighten those lines, then crack the lines at the injectors then run her over again till I had fuel bubbling there.. then tighten those and fire her up.. usually picked up on 2-3cyls fast.. then 4th would come up fast.. on a 3 cyl.. should be similar.. probably fire on 2 .

I'm sure there is a more correct way.. but that one will work. You can also pull her to save the starter if you have a crashbox gear tranny and a driver and tow vehicle... just pull a bit then tighten lines when you stop after a few yards.. etc.. do it a couple times.. usually lights off...

Open the bleed screw on top of the filter. When the fuel runs free of air bubbles close the screw.Open #13 as shown on your diagram and spin the engine with the starter. When you get a good spray flow close it.Now crack all three injector lines at the 'INJECTORS" making sure the contol lever is in the run position. Now spin the engine until you see fuel at all three injectors.Close the lines and then start your tractor.Simple operation that has always worked assuming you pump is good.
