Hi all! Can anyone help me fill in the missing wires on this drawing? The manual I have does not show them. An email copy would be fine. My I&T manual may show it , but it is a couple of hours away. I know, it is not exactly like the one in the manual...but, hey, if it works... Thanks for your help!

Rick

The current path for the fuel and temp gauges are wrong. This diagram depicts the gauges in series. The gauges power source should be wired in parallel from the voltage stab. The temp sender can't get it's power supply from the fuel gauges's signal wire as depicted. Pull the temp gauges power source directly from the voltage stab.
Otherwise, the starter sol wire runs from the key, through the safety start switch, and then directly to the solenoid. Otherwise, it looks fine to me. I don't do genreators, so I can't say for sure if that wiring is correct or not.

That diagram is from the I&T manual.
From the "B" terminal on the Gen Reg a wire goes to the "B" terminal on the Key Switch (the circle marked B1,A2,S3).
Also from the "B" terminal on Gen Reg a wire goes to the Starter Relay which is those 3 vertical circles to the right of the Gen Reg. This wire connects to the top circle.
From the Safety Starter Switch a wire continues to the middle circle of the Starter Relay.
I don't see anything wrong with the Volt Stab.

What else do you need?

First off, your voltage stabilizer/gauge wiring is wrong.

Thanks! Any chance you have something that shows the correct wiring?
