I'm confused. Am I supposed to use 134 hydraulic oil in everything but the engine? Thanks for your help.

You won't go wrong using either Fred's or Dave's approach.

New Holland says YES. This winter I changed out all of the fluid in the 841 and filled with 134 (just bought the 841) and I have had no problems at all. Temp has been down to 0 degrees and all runs fine. Used 10w30 in the engine.

You could use 134, but I use 134-D in the hydraulic reservoir only. I use 80W/90 in the transmission and differential. I live in Western New York, and used my 860 to clear the 60" or so of snow we received so far this year with no problems.

Humming "Green Acres is the place for me..." we purchased a 29 acre tract about 60 miles south of Atlanta. Next came the house, I could talk about that ordeal for another two weeks... But, I want to talk about my tractor! We didn't even own a lawnmower, and all of a sudden we had enough grass to feed all the starving children of the bovine world. Naturally, I talked ...
