On the 64 Ford 4000 Dsi, I need to know if the Hyd Oil and Trans Oil are in separate compartments in the tractor. I believe that they are separate but been told otherwise. Thanks

What's the chance the PTO drive shaft extends through the back two and has a seal that can leak where it passes through?

Howabout excellent. Since there are 3 oil chambers and you have to get to the tranny, you go thru the hyd section. Some of mine leak together and mix the hyd fluid with GL-1, but I don't notice any performance problem (here in N. Texas). Don't want to do a split just for a little leak.

Yep, they are separate from each other.
