I'm in the process of refurbishing a Ford 711 loader. After all the rust and debris was sandblasted off I got to looking at it. This part apparently broke at some point and someone welded what looks like an axle spindle in place of the original pin or protrusion that used to be there. The taper in it is not even close to the correct diameter to fit into the bracket it mounts to. I'm not sure they got the correct angle either. Length? I hope someone can provide a closeup photograph of this part of the loader so I can take it to a shop and have it modified to be closer to correct. These welds don't fill me with great confidence. I've got pictures in the manual but they are not photos and don't help much. Thanks in advance. Eric

I have some pics in a Yahoo briefcase, although I'm not sure if you will be able to see them without a yahoo account. You can try at:

If not, I can email them too you.

Glad to help. Let me know if you need any other pics or dimensions.

And no, I'm not ready to sell the loader. I've only owned it it for 5 days!
