I need to move a 445a diesel tractor . It has a loader and a scraper. I need to get the weight to see if my 1 ton ford truck will pull it. I also need to rent a big enough trailer. Thank you for any help!!! JIM

your one ton will haul it well, and a dual axel, four wheel trailer with good tires will haul it so long as the width of the trailer bed is wider than the wheels, we use standard 16 ft impl trailers for such tractors as that.

I could use a tractor like this with a loader on our ranch, if you know of one, sale or trade let me know, I have a collection of turbo diesel mercedes and could trade in on a tractor if someone needed a good auto.

Good Luck

Thanks Jesse , I was given the tractor from my inlaws .They just retired from the dairy bis. My kids race motorcycles . It's going to be a work / track builder. I'll let you know if I find anyone getting rid of one. Thanks again

Today's Featured Article - The Nuts and Bolts of Fasteners - Part 2 - by Curtis Von Fange. In our previous article we discussed capscrews, bolts, and nuts along with their relative hardness and thread sizes. In this segment we will finish up on our fasteners and then work with ways to keep them from loosening up in the field. Capscrews, bolts and nuts are not the only means of holding two parts together. When dealing with thinner metals like sheet tin, a long bolt and ... [Read Article]
