The stabilizer bars should line up with the pivot point on the lower arms on your 3-point. You may have the same problem I just ran into on a 53 NAA. Someone had replaced the fender brackets(where the stabilizer ends attach under the axles) and had used an incorrect bracket. When I went to install the stabilizer bars they seemed to be too long. The fender brackets that had been used only had the 2 center holes and were missing the outer holes needed to fit. The ends of the stabilizer bars weren't lined up with the lower arms of the 3-point. I replaced the fender brackets with the correct ones and the stabilizers were in line and fit just fine. Good luck, Lee

The pins are in line with the lower 3 point arms. The arms that I got are too long.

By any chance are you trying to hook up to a piece of equipment that has the pins set wider than 26". If the equipment is too wide is spreads the arms apart and it looks like the stabilizers are too long.

It might be 26 1/2. The center to center hole dimension on the bars that I have is 33 inches.

Nathan, I think they only make 2 lengths of stabilizer arms for these things. If I were you I'd check with the company you bought them from and see if maybe they didn't send you the wrong ones. As long as the pin in the bracket is pointing directly at the pin on the 3-point and not forward or behind it you should be good to go.
