What you might consider is taking the block to your local machine shop. Have them over bore it and install sleeves that are thick enough to take it back to standard. You won't have to worry that you had leak in the sidewall do to block rot. We've had this done before at work. Could cost you about $50-70 per hole to do. Hope this helps.

I have an as new 3cyl gas engine (it has never run) from a '64 Ford 4000; aquired when I bought a complete drive train with manual tranny to replace my defective SOS. Interested? I am about 75 mi. NE of Winnipeg.

I am in Western KY. If we were closer I might be
interested. I still have hope that I will be
able to find the pistons I need. Thanks for the
info. If anything else develops I will be in touch.
