Have a friend of a friend etc who works as engineer ford/NH..tells me the 1910 drive train is noted for its durability?? said I should not have any problems with it... any input is greatly appreciated. dave

I've owned an '84 1910 for the past 14 years and never had a problem. It's a worker!

Clutch is probably the weakest point, followed by the steering. The steering on the 20 series were hydrostatic and far superior. Otherwise, it's not a bad tractor.
