Boosting the TO-30?

Farmall made available the "Fire Crater" upgrades for their old 113 (A, B, & C tractors). Has anyone done anything likewise for the Continental Z-129?

Really with out having to bore it, the reason i"m asking is i know the 30"s are a bored out 20 motor so there shouldn"t be any room left, unless the sleeves are very thin?

All I know is when I took my pistons and sleeves to the person who rebuilt the engine he measured the pistons and said these belong in a Z 134 engine then he measured the space where the sleeves go and said they should work with no problem. I have had it back for 3 years and have had no problems what so ever.

The first engine I overhauld at 14 was Dad's TO 30 in 1957. A friend of his was a mechanic who was off of work with a broken leg got the parts and showed me what to do.It wasn't untill 1971 when I was doing a ring job on it that I found out it was the same size as a 35 No wonder it ran so good all those years.

WOW i just looked at the parts list on this site and
they have 3 3/8 piston listed for both engines that
just amazes me wish i didn't sell my 30 now knowing
that. You learn something new all the time.

Thanks for all the replies.
Actually I wasn't looking so much for overbore, but higher compression pistons. With the info y'all have given, I may just try both (I can get pistons made).
