Front mounted hydro pump on TO-35

Are there any options to mount a hydro pump off the front of my tractor?

I think they do this for loaders...

Anyone have this?
 
Yes, and I believe this site sells a pump that will work. Pumps are pricey, lowest is around $350, and hydraulic fittings will add to that. Most pumps are over $500. Also you have to have a mounting bracket and a 'stinger' rod with rubber bushings to hook between the pump and front pulley. This is the preferred way in my opinion to hook up these loaders, however, as it leaves your three point hitch available for normal use and for carrying a counter weight.
 
Also, the AGCO and Ford NH dealers sell the stinger rods and bushings and most of the mounting stuff, also quite pricey. To my knowledge they do not sell a bracket for mounting the pump, but a machine shop can make whatever you need for that. I might add, unless you have power steering, going to all this trouble for a loader on one of these tractors is really not worth it in my opinion. A much better option is to buy a loader tractor with power steering, if you can possibly swing the coin and if you really need a loader. Been there, done that.
 

I am not going to be adding a loader to my TO-35.

I have a "grape hoe" that was removed from an 8N that ran from the rear end hydraulics.

It requires a 4 position valve - which I have.

I am not sure how the speed of it will be running on the TO-35 hydro?
How does the TO-35 compare to the 8N on hydro gpm?

The unit has rather small cylinders and does not require much force to operate. It scrapes weeds from around the vines.
 
The worst TO35 outdoes any 8n any day of the week- For that kind of light work- you 'might' be able to use the remote of a 35 and add a return line into the bolt hole trick, not great for 4 way loaders, but to raise hoe shoes, I bet it will work, won't cost much to try- a couple plumbing fittings...
