Don't know that particular spanner but most Ferguson spanners sell on EBay in Australia between Aus$20 and Aus$50 (US$15 to US$37).
I have a stock of new, genuine Ferguson Plough Spanners I must get around to selling one of these days:
A Ferguson TEA20 tool kit consisted of Plough Spanner and grease gun and came with every new Fergy.

Yes, the spanners are recent productions to the original standard and pattern by the tractor manufacturer, as AGCO still own proprietary rights to the UK company name "Harry Ferguson" and the Ferguson logos.
Whilst the Australian company is de-registered, the rights are protected:
