TO35 loader

We recently acquired a Massey Ferguson TO35 Deluxe with a loader attached. The rear hydraulic lift arms work great. But we can't get the loader to work. Fluid is full and all lines are connected. Do we have to chain the rear lift arms to operate the loader on this model? Or is there another lever we're missing to engage the loader? Thank you for any help you can give us.

I had a MF 35 that I plumbed a loader to the hydraulic port under the seat, and then you did have to chain the arms down. If it has a front pump then the pump is probably not working for some reason.

If it uses the belly pump, you have to chain the 3 point arms down and set the lift lever in the raise
position to trick the pump into making pressure.

There may be a diverter valve added to the top of the top cover in front of the seat. It needs to be in
aux position to send fluid to the loader valve.

Or the loader may be running off an engine driven pump, separate from the belly pump completely. It would
have its own oil tank and controls.

Thank you Zachary, this is exactly how ours is hooked up. Does not have a separate hydraulic pump at the front, its connected to the internal pump. Thank you again.

Thank you Steve, this is how ours is setup. When we get it put back together, we had to replace the clutch, we will chain down the arms and see if the loader works.

Hi. Instead of chaining the 3pth, you might want to consider getting one of these
from Yesterdays Tractor.
